Terms and conditions
These conditions govern access to and use of CueTimer Pro. This is a reference text maintained by the product owner; review it with your legal advisor before publishing it as final.
Purpose of the service
CueTimer Pro is a web application for time management at live events: rundown, timers and speaker display. The service is delivered in the cloud and requires no installation.
User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with them.
Plans and payments
There is a permanent Starter plan with limited features and a Pro level with full access, available as 24H Event Pass, Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly.
Displayed prices are final, VAT included. The yearly plan renews automatically and can be cancelled from the billing portal.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We always recommend running a rehearsal before the event.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other people's accounts, reverse engineer it or deliberately overload the infrastructure.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected period.
