This page describes how CueTimer Pro handles the personal data of people using the website and the application. This is a reference text maintained by the product owner; review it with your legal advisor before publishing it as final.

Data we process
Account data: email address and user identifier, needed to create and maintain your access.
Product usage data: rundowns, events, configurations and messages you create inside the application.
Billing data: when you buy a paid plan, the payment provider processes the transaction data; we never store card numbers.
Purpose and legal basis
Providing the contracted service and keeping your account operational (performance of a contract).
Answering support requests (legitimate interest).
Meeting tax and accounting obligations arising from purchases (legal obligation).
Retention
We keep the data while the account is active and, afterwards, for the legal periods applicable to invoicing. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Recipients
We use hosting, database and payment processing providers acting as data processors, who only access the data required to deliver their service.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@cuetimerpro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
